“Vfend” contains the Drug / Molecule “Voriconazole”. Vfend belongs to a class of medications called a triazole antifungal medication. Vfend effects the formation of the fungal plasma membrane by indirectly inhibiting the biosynthesis of ergosterol. It works by blocking fungal cell wall growth, resulting in the death of the fungus.

  • Vfend Injection may increase the liver enzyme levels and can cause hepatitis and jaundice. Discontinue the medicine if symptoms worsen.
