Usage
The Urethral Dilator is used for dilation of the urethral strictures and also in order to establish and maintain access into the bladder through the urethra for cystoscopy.
Adverse Events
The following are the adverse effects of the Urethral Dilator are:
- Pain in urethra
- Increased urination
- Blood clots in urine
- Pain while urinating
- Urinary tract infection
- Severe pain
Contraindications
The Urethral Dilator is not intended for use in the following cases:
- Untreated infection
- Bleeding diathesis
