Indication
Thalidomide is used in combination with dexamethasone to treat multiple myeloma in patients who have been newly diagnosed with this disease. Thalidomide is used alone or with other medications for treating and preventing skin inflammation in patients who have moderate to severe Erythema Nodosum Leprosum (ENL: episodes of skin sores, fever, and nerve damage that occur in people with Hansen’s disease (leprosy).

Precaution
- Thalidomide is a prescription drug and should be used under proper medical guidance and advice.
 - Hypersensitivity to Thalidomide is a contraindication.
 - In addition, Thalidomide should not be used if you have the following conditions:
 
- Hypersensitivity
 - Lactation
 - Pregnancy
