Natdac (Daclatasvir dihydrochloride) tablet is an antiviral medicine. It is available in two
strengths: 30 mg and 60 mg. It is used along with other prescribed medicines in the
treatment of chronic (long-lasting) Hepatitis C Virus (HCV) infection in adults. Natdac
(Daclatasvir dihydrochloride) tablet lowers the multiplication of virus in the body and
thereby, improves the functioning of the body. The active ingredient of the Natdac tablet
is Daclatasvir dihydrochloride.
Pharmacodynamics
Natdac is a direct-acting antiviral agent (DAA), that works against the Hepatitis C Virus.
At a dose three times the maximum recommended dose, Natdac did not prolong the QT
interval to any clinically relevant extent.
Contraindication
Do not take this medicine in case you have a known allergy to any of the ingredients
(active or/and inactive) of the medicine.
