Usage

I. P. Needle stands for Initial Puncture Needle. Percutaneous nephrostomy cyst punctures deep tissue access and all other percutaneous applications require an initial puncture needle.

The IP Needle is used to approach the cyst areas without damaging the skin and to remove the small parts of the cyst for further investigation to determine whether the cyst is cancerous or not. Deep tissue access is critical, for various diagnostic tests on the patient.
