FEMPRO contains drug “LETROZOLE”. It is a nonsteroidal competitive inhibitor of the aromatase enzyme system; it inhibits the conversion of androgens to estrogen. It lowers estrogen levels in postmenopausal women, which slow the growth of certain types of breast tumors that results estrogen to grow in the body.

Precaution

  • Fempro is a prescription drug and should be used under proper medical guidance and advice. It is not recommended for use during pregnancy.
  • Hot flushes, hair loss, joint/bone/muscle pain, tiredness, unusual sweating, nausea, diarrhoea, dizziness, and trouble sleeping may occur.
