“Bortether” contains Drug / Molecule called “Bortezomib”. Bortezomib is a reversible inhibitor of the chymotrypsin-like activity of proteasome. It prevents targeted proteolysis that affects multiple signaling cascades responsible for normal homeostatic functions within the cell, leading to cell death.
