Crizalk (crizotinib) capsules are used for the treatment of non-small lung cancer, which is a type of cancer that affects the lungs. Crizotoinib is an anticancer drug that belongs to a category of medicine called protein kinase inhibitors. It acts by inhibiting the action of tyrosine kinase, an enzyme that transmits the growth and spread of cancer cells. Take this medicine with or without food. A single oral dose, Crizalk is absorbed with a median time to achieve a peak concentration of 4 to 6 hours. Following crizalk twice daily, a steady-state was reached within 15 days and remained stable.

This medicine is used for the treatment of metastatic non-small cell lung cancer. Crizalk interferes with the growth of cancer cells which are eventually destroyed by the body. Take this medication orally with or without food. The dosage depends upon the age, weight, and medical history of the patients.
