Usage
Syphilis tests are used in the screening and diagnosis of syphilis (one of the most common sexually transmitted diseases). You may need this test if your sexual partner has been tested for Syphilis or if you have experienced any of its symptoms.
Types
- Syphilis card – available as 50 tests
- Syphilis strip – available as 50 tests
Syphilis Card
Intended use – Detection of Syphilis in serum or plasma
Storage and stability – Store between 4 to 40° C. Keep it away from direct sunlight, moisture, and heat.
Syphilis Strip
Intended use – Detection of Treponemal antibodies generated against Treponema pallidum antigens in human serum/plasma.
Storage and stability – Store between 4 to 30° C. Keep it away from direct sunlight, moisture, and heat.
