Intended Use
HBsAg Card is an in vitro one-step assay that is used for the detection of Hepatitis B virus Surface Antigen in serum or plasma of the suspected patients.
Storage And Stability
It should be stored between 4-30°C (39-86°F) in the sealed pouch. Keep away from direct heat and moisture.
Procedure
- Firstly, remove the test device and the dropper and place them on a flat and dry surface.
- Now, slowly add 2 to 3 drops of plasma or serum to the sample well (S).
- You will then see a purple color moving across the result window.
- You can interpret test results after 5 to 10 minutes.
