THALIX contains the Drug / Molecule  “Thalidomide ”. It belongs to a class of medications called immunomodulatory agents. Thalix ensures to increment the myeloma by enhancing the immune system to lower certain substances that are the reason for skin inflammation like swelling in patients.

Indication

THALIX has used in combination with dexamethasone to treat multiple myeloma in patients who have been newly diagnosed with this disease. Thalix is used alone or with other medications for treating and preventing skin inflammation in patients who have moderate to severe Erythema Nodosum Leprosum (ENL: episodes of skin sores, fever, and nerve damage that occur in people with Hansen’s disease (leprosy).

  • Thalix is a prescription drug and should be used under proper medical guidance and advice.
  • Hypersensitivity to Thalix Capsule is a contraindication. In addition, Thalix Capsule should not be used if you have the following conditions:
  1. Hypersensitivity
  2. Lactation
  3. Pregnancy
