Indication
It is used for preventing high blood levels of uric acid from occurring in patients with certain types of cancer (eg, leukemia, lymphoma, solid malignant tumors) who are receiving cancer chemotherapy treatment.

Precaution
- Rasburicase is a prescription drug and should be used under proper medical guidance and advice.
- Rasburicase can cause severe hypersensitivity reactions including anaphylaxis.
